Life IS Movement: Movement and Nutrition specialists. 
We are located in New Market Tennessee. Due to the Corona Covid-19 we are doing everything online. We offer movement for the general public. We are located in Art/Dance Academy at 1065 Susan Drive. We take appointments weekly comprised of Basic Ballet Barre / Step by Step Somatics/ Petite Pilates & Unity Yoga. Arabic Style/Belly Dance is our forte. We also heal by the Rhythms of the drum, tambourine etc. in Rhythm Remedy featured in Cedar Cafe presentations. Natural Nutrition is information for you to round out your knowledge of eating and feeling healthier and happier in yourself.

Please, do not be confused. Each of the subject offered is part and parcel of the entire Life IS Movement program. As you go along you will be introduced to movements from each section. If you want to just spend time in one genre, you can make that choice as you progress and as needed. The original series is a three month commitment with meetings every other week. 

Check out each of our sections to see what is covered. Each person is given just what their body needs to be able to move and work efficiently. We are here for you. Appointments are 15 min, 30 min, The first appointment will be an assessment.  Our prices are low till this pandemic is over. Do not waste time and wait for this thing to be over.

We are all individuals and need to consume what is good for us.
NATURAL NUTRITION

Nutrition is supposed to help you not hurt you. So, you need to be careful of what you choose to eat. Food is a critical part of the wellness plan for all. The wrong food can cause pain, inflammation, being overweight and having low energy. Unfortunately, the typical diet eaten by most Americans supports ill health by consisting of all the wrong things including sugar, processed meats preservatives etc. A proper diet is anti-inflammatory and full of great nutrition. This relieves pain, inflammation and weight. We all have different needs. All of the former chapters are no help if you are not eating correctly for your body and needs.

Food is a double-edged sword that can both cause and reduce inflammation etc. You need the right mix for your body. What is good for one person is not necessarily good for another. Choose from good foods for better health and welfare.
